Customer problem
Our client contacted us because his machine had a large oil leak in a section of his equipment. He visually noticed that the drive wheel was displaced and the exposed bearings were visible to the naked eye. He informed us that he had never had preventive maintenance performed on his equipment and that he would no longer move the equipment. We proceeded to verify and indeed the equipment was in poor mechanical condition due to lack of maintenance, which would have put his equipment and operators at risk.
