Customer problem
Our customer was looking for a machine capable of injecting liquid plastics such as polyurethane to manufacture highly durable electrical and transport parts, without the risk of leakage or contamination. The machine also needed to ensure a hermetic environment that would prevent the plastic from coming into contact with oxygen, achieving a controlled and precise reaction. This need was key to producing components of high strength and consistent quality.
