Customer problem
Our client contacted us for the first time because their production was stopped due to a failure in the raw material suction system (ground rubber). We responded to the emergency and identified a break in the stator of the electric motor and an internal short circuit in it.
Vibration was identified in the turbine (Impeller) coupled to the electric motor. The motor was dismantled and the situation was completely resolved. It was attended to urgently.
